Privacy policy
Effective September 13, 2026. Momentum Services LLC, doing business as Momentum Lawn Care & Services, operates this website and our customer quote and agreement pages.
What we collect
When you request service, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, service address, community, gate or access instructions, property conditions, services of interest and project notes. For lawn quotes, we also use county parcel records, property outlines and estimated lawn measurements. If you use an agreement or payment feature, its records may include your accepted scope, signature, payment status and transaction references.
Our hosting and security services receive technical information such as your IP address, browser requests and request times. Our quote map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap; that provider receives the technical information needed to serve the map. We do not add advertising pixels or visitor analytics to the current public website.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your property, prepare and follow up on quotes, answer questions, arrange service, manage agreements and payments, keep business records and protect the website from abuse. Gate and access details are part of your private service inquiry, not public website content. A quote request does not authorize a charge or enroll you in promotional text messages.
Who receives it
Authorized Momentum staff and service providers receive information needed for their work. These may include our hosting provider, HomeWorks for customer and job administration, Quo and Google Workspace for communication, and Stripe and payment partners when you choose a payment feature. Payment details are handled through the payment service; please do not enter card numbers in project notes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people, accounts and our services.
Cookies and saved progress
The informational website does not need advertising cookies. Quote and agreement features use necessary cookies or browser storage to protect access, remember a request receipt and recover progress after an interrupted connection. Clearing that storage may prevent automatic recovery; you can contact our office for help.
How long we keep it
Our quote-request system removes private inquiry details up to one year after the last review, or six months after a request is closed. Records transferred into active customer, service, accounting or agreement systems follow those systems’ business and legal retention needs. Security logs, protected backups and transaction records may remain for their separate operational or recordkeeping periods.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct information, stop following up on an inquiry, or review a request to access or delete your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for active service, disputes or legal obligations. You can choose not to provide details, although we may then be unable to prepare a quote or arrange access to your property.

We will update this page when our practices change. Linked payment, map and other external services have their own privacy notices. This website is intended for people arranging property services, not for children under 13.
