One monthly price, all year. Weekly mowing runs April–October, followed by every-other-week mowing November–March. The cost of the agreed annual service is spread over 12 equal monthly payments, paid in advance. Your written quote sets out the start date, scope, service plan and payment dates.

A rolling neighborhood schedule. We plan work by neighborhood, normally Monday–Friday, without promising a fixed weekday. Weather, traffic, equipment or staffing delays can move service into the following Monday or Tuesday. We’ll keep you informed when your visit moves.

Maintenance starts with a maintained property. Overgrown grass or shrubs, heavy weeds in beds or drives, excessive palm debris, tree-canopy work and any task requiring a ladder fall outside these plans. Routine hedge shaping stays below 8 feet. Chemical treatment is not included. We’ll quote recovery work, major pruning, bed cleanouts and large hauloffs separately before adding them to the schedule.

If plans change. Early cancellation is settled against work actually completed at the rates in your signed agreement. Payments already made are credited, and excess prepayment is refunded. Future work is not charged simply because the agreement ends early.
